Book 2 of Miss Boone's Broken series finds Sofia and Daniel playfully getting to know each other. Wink, wink. While preparing for their wedding, Daniel learns to deal with Seth, a brother he was separated from at the age of 7. But there's a lot of things about Seth that's not right and Daniel plans to figure out what, and get rid of him. But then none of this would be happening if he hadn't lied to Sofia and pretended he ever wanted Seth in his life to begin with.Sofia's best friend Dara arrives and Daniel has high hopes of using her to distract his brother until he can get rid of him for good. But as usual, nothing goes as planned and Dara becomes double the trouble that he bargained for.
In this book, we see how Sofia is so deeply in love with Daniel, and how she needs to heal his relationship with his brother and help Daniel overcome the abuse in his past. She is willing to do whatever it takes to help him, if she can ever figure Daniel out long enough to know what that is exactly. But they are all in for a surprise with Seth, and it leaves you having to know if any of them will make it to their HEA.

I loved both of these books!
Man do they screw like bunnies in this book lol. Daniel's still loving and adorable with his love. I didn't expect the ending and I can't wait for the next.
AQnother excellent book that i love. I have read the Broken series rwice already and plan on reading it again! The series is a great read and i highly recommend it!!
This story keeps getting better and better. As Daniel and Sofia get closer to their wedding, she wants him to have his long lost brother with him. Is Seth really who he says he is or just a con man? And what is going to happen in Broken Souls? Can't wait to start reading it. Great job Azure Boone on this one too. I LOVED it!
Waited for this book and purchased it a few hours after it came out, stayed up all night reading it and was NOT disappointed!! The continuation of Daniel and Sofia's story brings Daniel's painful childhood and family issues front and center. Sofia has brought Daniel's brother into the mix and it brings out the hurt, betrayal and mistrust that had been Daniel's life. My heart ached for him. Throw in all the hot sex and you have the perfect read. Can't wait for the next book.
Hot, heavy and intense! That's the best way to describe the Broken Series so far. Daniel has lived a life full of anguish and pain. To find out his brother went through equal pains is torturing. Sofia is the heart that tries to bond the tortured brothers together. She only wants Daniel to give his brother a chance. It doesn't happen until Seth cries out his own anguished past. The Broken Series set is filled with hot sex, beautiful love and emotional tragedy that will fill your heart. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a spectacular read. I give it 5+ stars all the way.
Broken Lies is the second installment in the Broken Series. This is really a novella and doesn't really even scratch the surface with the demons that lie in wait in Daniel Fletcher. Although this is a very steamy book and Daniel and Sofia can't get enough of each other, the storyline was lacking for me. It was really only about the sex. Daniel's brother Seth visits and that is part of the storyline and although there is a defining scene towards the end of the book we still don't know enough about Daniel's past. And he and Sofia are marrying shortly. I am hopeful the next book will really delve into Daniel's past and we get to meet more of his women and how he truly lived his life before Sofia saved him. I recommend this series. It is well written. I just want more!!
